Weibo, Xiaomi Mi’s Official Home Page released a teaser stating that they are all set to open its 1000th Mi home store in China on December 6th. This store will mark the 1000th store benchmark for Xiaomi. The store is all set to launch in Chengdu’s Vientiane City. On account of the 1000th store, Xiaomi will be offering some rebates and discounts of up to 10% accompanied with souvenirs.
Xiaomi has its recognizable Xiaomi Mi Home Stores opened across 25 cities across mainland China. Further, To name a few towns Haikou, Guangzhou, Suzhou, and Jiaozuo, together with 13 in Chongqing and 15 in Shaanxi. At present, there are six Mi Homes in Chengdu.

Mi Home Store Specs
The Mi Home is all about retail experience, which is directly under the control and operations of Xiaomi. Here the users get to experience services like product sales, self-pickup, and laser engraving too! The Xiaomi Home also provides its customers with the top experience, which includes a stress-free no questions asked return policy within seven days. Valet Repair (Xiaomi products are delivered to the store, and the clerk will send it to the after-sales center. After repairing, send it back to the designated place), valet orders (for extensive repairs, you can find a clerk in the store to make an order, and the engineer makes an appointment to visit) and other services.
At a recent conference for the Redmi Mi Note 9 Series, the Vice President Lu Weibing and General Manager of Redmi Brand stated that in the coming next year. “Every country will see and have a Xiaomi home and every Mi fan will have Xiaomi around his/her home.”
At present, the Mi Homes are present in first, second, and third-tier cities. But in the case of countries, cities, or distant areas, the number of Mi Homes to too small. Lu Weibing also said that the inclusion of Mi Homes in the county-level market is below 30%. In the future, the company plans to boost expansion into the county-level market. Within a year, Mi Home will cover every city in the country.
More Mi Homes would mean that consumers will experience Xiaomi better and will be able to make a more convenient purchase.
At present, the company has over 1000 service centers across 600 cities in India, but the Experience Specialty Stores are still scarce.
