Samsung is set to release the Samsung Galaxy A34 in 2023. This phone is the successor to Samsung’s previous Galaxy A30 and has been in the works for some time. According to reports, Samsung is developing the Galaxy A34 5G mid-range phone. There are many rumors that the device could become official as soon as January 2023. TheTechOutlook has recently made press-ready images of its design and color choices available.
The Galaxy A04 series has already been unveiled by the firm in India and a few other countries. The Galaxy A14, Galaxy A34, and Galaxy A54 are expected to go on sale soon. It was also revealed that the Galaxy A34 5G would support Bluetooth 5.3 on the Bluetooth SIG certification page. The phone will debut in four colors, according to the photographs posted by The Tech Outlook.
The leak says the Galaxy A34 5G could be available in graphite, violet, lime, and silver colors. The phone’s design is similar to the company’s Galaxy A30; it has a 6.5-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a waterdrop notch on its top. The display panel is also an AMOLED one and will have a 2400 x 1080 resolution (402 pixels per inch).
It was revealed that a MediaTek Dimensity 1080 CPU powers the phone. The global model, however, is anticipated to include an Exynos 1380 SoC (2 GHz Cortex-A73 x 4 + 1.8 GHz Cortex-A53 x 4) and have 6 GB of RAM along with 128 GB of internal storage. The phone also has an external microSD card slot. The Galaxy A34 5G supports USB-OTG and NFC for mobile payments.
The device features a 48-megapixel triple camera unit, and a 13-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies could be included. There is also a 16-megapixel selfie camera along with the usual sensors and connectivity options, including Bluetooth 4.2, GPS/A-GPS, GLONASS, MHL 3.0, 4G VoLTE support, a 3.5mm headphone jack, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n (2.4GHz).
It will have OneUI 5.0 and the Android 13 operating system out of the box. The device comes with a 5000mAh battery with support for fast charging. The phone will have an in-display fingerprint sensor and on-screen navigation buttons instead of physical ones, as seen on many other phones from the company.
The phone’s dimensions are 156.2 75 7.9mm, and its weight is around 155g (5g lighter than most other phones). The launch date is not yet confirmed, and the device’s price is not mentioned. This will be a midrange phone with an affordable price tag.
