Amazon Third Gen Fire TV Cube is available Today in India. It connects wirelessly to an HDTV and pairs with voice input to control your TV, game console, and more. The Fire TV Cube has a six-microphone array that makes it compatible with Amazon Alexa. The Fire TV cube will cost Rs. 13,999 in the Indian market.
The new model is nearly an inch shorter than its predecessor. In addition to that physical change, the remote has also been upgraded. It now features a dedicated mic button for interacting with Alexa without using your voice or reaching out in front of you while using the remote on your lap or desk. The new standalone microphone is customizable, so you can set it up anywhere in your living room without adding extra cables if needed.
The Fire TV cube has different ports like power input, USB, HDMI, Ethernet, and Ethernet LAN and supports Wi-Fi 6. The Fire TV Cube is compatible with 4K Ultra HD TVs and is designed to deliver more power and less latency. This model is available in blue and has a sleek design with different control buttons. One important feature is that it can directly connect to Bluetooth hearing aids which is very helpful.
It has improved sound quality over the first generation model. You can connect more devices to this model, and it can connect to your television through HDMI. With the help of a voice command, you can control TV, gaming consoles, and, among other things, the use of your voice. You can control it using its remote or your Alexa app on smartphones or tablets.
Amazon is launching a new product, the Alexa remote, with a style guide button and on-screen controls. The remote has been designed in partnership with Amazon’s UK retail team to make it easy for customers to shop on and off the TV. Customers can browse through Prime Video, be informed of what’s available on Prime Video, and search for audio across all channels by voice alone. Or browse and play music while watching their favorite movies or listening to their favorite tunes from their Amazon Music Unlimited or Spotify Premium subscriptions.
The remote has a built-in speaker, making it easier to find and faster than previous model remotes, with improved voice commands and Alexa wake-word performance. The remote also comes with a style guide button which can be used to pick your favorite LED lighting color, control volume, and power on/off.
It is priced at INR 2599 (US $35) for Indian consumers and will be available from August 14 on Amazon. And some selected retail outlets.
